Registration Information - VIII ABCF CONGRESS

Attention! The payment of the registration fee for categories requiring proof (*) will only be validated after submission of the following supporting documents:

  1. Undergraduate / Postgraduate Student (*): Enrollment or attendance statement signed and stamped by the Educational Institution; Updated student ID card (front and back); or paid tuition receipt for the current semester from the educational institution.
  2. ABCF Members (*): To have access to the discounted registration fee, participants must enter the e-mail address registered in the ABCF membership platform in the validation field during registration. The discount will only be granted to members with membership fees duly paid for 2025 and 2026, except for new members registered in 2026.If you are not yet an ABCF member, we encourage you to join the Association and enjoy the member registration fee benefits.

Registration confirmation

Registration will only be effective once payment has been confirmed.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your enrolment.

Once your enrolment has been confirmed, when you access the participant area, you will be able to view or edit the following menus:

  • MY PROFILE – should be used to update your registration details;
  • REGISTRATION – to register for the congress;
  • ABSTRACT – for submitting abstracts and viewing abstracts that appear as co-authors.


Membership of the ABCF: Participants wishing to join must complete the membership form and make the corresponding payment.

Register and submit your abstract online in advance to avoid server congestion!

Registration Fee Payment Instructions

  • PIX;
  • Credit Card.

Registrations for the VIII ABCF Congress: must be made exclusively through the registration system on this website.

Important!

  1. Observe the different categories and payment dates in the registration fees table.
  2. Credit Card: Fill in card details; if correct, payment is confirmed in real time. Accepted flags and installment options (with possible interest rates) are shown on the payment page.

Group Policy

Group registrations are available exclusively for ABCF members.

All participants in the group must be ABCF members.

10+ registrations = 10% discount on each.

For a group discount, all payments must be in a single deposit.

The discount applies individually per category (groups may include different categories, maintaining the same percentage discount for each category).

For group registration, the coordinator must send the Group Registration Form with names and CPFs to: abcf@bureaudeeventos.com.br and await further info.

After group confirmation, no individual refunds; only same-category substitutions allowed.

Person with Disability (PCD)

The Benefit

People with disabilities (professionals/students) receive a 50% discount (half-price) per Laws Nos. 12.933/2013 and 13.146/2015. Extends to the companion if assistance is needed.

How to request:

  • Registration: Select the corresponding category (professional/student).
  • E-mail: Send the supporting PCD document to abcf@bureaudeeventos.com.br for validation.
  • Discount: After validation, the registration fee amount will be updated accordingly with the 50% discount.

 

Documentation and Accessibility

Accepted Documents: BPC Card, INSS retirement document, medical report, or Autism ID Card (Ciptea).

Extra resources: Request event accessibility needs at registration or via email.

Cancellation and Refund

Per Consumer Defense Code, cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Beyond:

Attention:

  • Refunds up to 45 days post-event.
  • One registration per CPF; nominal, non-transferable.

  • Sponsored/courtesy after payment: 50% refund only.
