How to register

Participants must fill in all the fields on the Online Registration Form.

Undergraduate and postgraduate students must provide proof of their status with an up-to-date official document from their institution.

Registration confirmation

Registration will only be effective once payment has been confirmed.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your enrolment.

Once your enrolment has been confirmed, when you access the participant area, you will be able to view or edit the following menus:

  • MY PROFILE – should be used to update your registration details;
  • REGISTRATION – to register for the congress;
  • ABSTRACT – for submitting abstracts and viewing abstracts that appear as co-authors.

Membership of the ABCF: Participants wishing to join must complete the membership form and make the corresponding payment.

Register and submit your abstract online in advance to avoid server congestion!

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be requested to adm@abcf.org.br by 15 October 2024.

Refunds are not permitted after this date. In this case 60% of the registration fee will be refunded.
