Registration Information - VIII ABCF CONGRESS

Attention! The payment of the registration fee for categories requiring proof (*) will only be validated after submission of the following supporting documents:

  1. Undergraduate / Postgraduate Student (*): Enrollment or attendance statement signed and stamped by the Educational Institution; Updated student ID card (front and back); or paid tuition receipt for the current semester from the educational institution.
  2. ABCF Members (*): Automatically validated by the CPF of members up to date with the 2026 annual fee.

 

Attention! ABCF does not send payment slips for registration payments by email.

When the payment method for registrations is by bank slip, they can only be generated on the Congress website, in your restricted area, by entering your login and password in the payment menu.

Registration confirmation

Registration will only be effective once payment has been confirmed.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your enrolment.

Once your enrolment has been confirmed, when you access the participant area, you will be able to view or edit the following menus:

  • MY PROFILE – should be used to update your registration details;
  • REGISTRATION – to register for the congress;
  • ABSTRACT – for submitting abstracts and viewing abstracts that appear as co-authors.


Membership of the ABCF: Participants wishing to join must complete the membership form and make the corresponding payment.

Register and submit your abstract online in advance to avoid server congestion!

Registrations for the VIII ABCF Congress: Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences Congress must be made exclusively through the registration system on this website.

Important!

  1. Observe the different categories and payment dates in the registration fees table.
  2. The bank slip will be issued with a payment deadline of up to 2 business days. If exceeded, it becomes inactive; print a new one from your restricted congressman area. Always check the issuance date against each payment deadline.
  3. Credit Card: Fill in card details; if correct, payment is confirmed in real time. Accepted flags and installment options (with possible interest rates) are shown on the payment page.

Group Policy

After payment of the registration fee, issue your Receipt in your restricted area.

Receipt Request

10+ registrations = 10% discount on each.

For a group discount, all payments must be in a single deposit.

Discount applies individually per category (group can mix categories, same % per category).

For group registration, the coordinator must send the Group Registration Form with names and CPFs to: abcf@bureaudeeventos.com.br and await further info.

After group confirmation, no individual refunds; only same-category substitutions allowed.

Person with Disability (PCD)

The Benefit

People with disabilities (professionals/students) receive a 50% discount (half-price) per Laws Nos. 12.933/2013 and 13.146/2015. Extends to the companion if assistance is needed.

How to Request:

  • Registration: Select matching category (professional/student).
  • Attachment: Upload PCD proof in the system.
  • Email: Send proof to abcf@bureaudeeventos.com.br.
  • Voucher: Receive code post-validation for 50% reduced finalization.


Documentation and Accessibility

Accepted Documents: BPC Card, INSS retirement document, medical report, or Autism ID Card (Ciptea).

Extra resources: Request event accessibility needs at registration or via email.

Cancellation and Refund

Per Consumer Defense Code, cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Beyond:
